His work has resulted in thousands of successful digital media buys, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering measurable growth for his clients. His career began with pioneering programmatic media buying and revenue growth strategies at a local agency, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a major player in digital advertising. As Chief Operating Officer, he led the adoption of real-time bidding and yield management, positioning the firm as one of the first ad networks to embrace the DoubleClick Bid Manager and programmatic marketplace models. Later, as Chief Strategy Officer, he developed and deployed precision targeting methodologies that reshaped how brands approached search, social, and display advertising.

Now, as Managing Director of Filla Life Media, Kurt is channeling his expertise into a mission-driven approach—leveraging his deep knowledge of digital advertising, data-driven strategy, and media innovation to support nonprofits, pro-life ministries, churches, schools, and small businesses that are making a real difference in people’s lives.
